WEDNESDAY, FEB 27, 2003 - Spring has sprung

If you've been wondering where I've been, I offer this brief explanation:

Since my last post, I've been working as an independent contractor. The work is rewarding, but the hours are grueling. Several times a week my commute is 55 miles, each way.

A partition I had set up on my hard drive, dedicated to computer applications only, was eaten by a gnome. He had also snacked on a detailed journal I kept of all my computer settings, leaving me scratching my head during most of restoration.
